PREVENT

Our mission

Act: Our mission is to assist and enhance the health and wellness of our clients and help them achieve their health targets by combining our highly trained staff with the most advanced fitness programs.
2: Our goal is to provide an educated approach of movement and nutrition to the fitness, health and well being of the clients we serve.
Prevent: We strive to display an attitude and service style that reflects our belief that a happy, satisfied member is our number one priority.

Every contact with us is an education for you!

Act2Prevent focuses on recreational and professional athletes, recreational and professional clubs/organizations and the health professional or trainer/coach who is looking for the best information in the field of injury prevention, performance training and rehabilitation.

Our experience tells us that even in the current era of information, a lot of good knowledge and skills don't reach the 'common man' and even the athlete ... or that one is hit by an oversupply of information.
We have the experience ourselves of struggling for years to find the best information in terms of health, becoming and remaining injury-free, nutrition, performance, rehabilitation, ...

We even have the experience to be educated with knowledge and skills that ultimately proved to be obsolete so we are more than happy to add some more logic in our approach.
Realizing that you have lost a lot of time is not a nice experience; however picking up with expert material makes up for that matter.
Our journey is not finished and probably it will never be, but we know all too well that there are so many good things still to be developed and we are very motivated to be part of that.

We daily observe out health and sports industry and adapt our products and training sessions so that the gaps and misconceptions get addressed and clarified.
We choose to surround us with people who are (or become) top in their discipline and look forward to positive elements to becoming better at what we do.

What do we do differently at Act2Prevent?

We make a selection of the best content available on the market with respect to 'injury prevention, performance training and rehabilitation' and shapes this into understandable training programs and seminars for all levels and disciplines. Our passion lies in soccer but the demand from other sports makes us expanding our portfolio constantly including basketball, tennis, running, volleyball, golf, ...

We love bringing useful content and we ensure that it can be quickly implemented in practice. Do you want to quickly excel in unique information and skills?

Personal development is our motto and we love to encourage others to develop permanently. For this reason, all our programs and products are educational so we ensure that the user is not just getting another schedule but understands why we make certain choices. Please also refer to 'Transform yourself into an athlete'.

You are not looking for 'a general training schedule' like there are too many because you understand that every individual is different with different needs and you wish to hone your skills so that you can adapt to every individual... then our products are ideally suited for you.

We distinguish ourselves by the fact that we pay attention to individual differences and that a 'one fits all' product is a loss of efficiency.

Every contact with us is an education for you!
