What are 'Functional Programs'?

We differentiate ourselves from the traditional training programs through the 'functional' aspect so ... all our programs are made depending on your 'task'. Examples of 'tasks' are soccer, golf, walking or lifting eg, children, your job and others.
A functional program will be adapted to the specific movements and exercises that your body has to do during this 'task'. That means that a functional program for a golfer will look different than for a tennis player. We will divide our functional programs in an area of stretching or flexibility ... and a 'strength' part. Both will improve your performance and protect you against overload and / or injuries.
